Guided Sunset Tour of La Mola Fortress
This summer, La Mola Fortress is offering a unique way to explore one of Menorca’s most iconic landmarks: guided tours at sunset.
As the sun begins to set, the fortress takes on a completely different look. The golden light highlights the historic walls and buildings, the galleries take on a more evocative atmosphere, and the milder temperatures make the tour a particularly pleasant experience.
During the tour, participants will explore this impressive historic site accompanied by a guide, learning about its history, architecture, and some of the fortress’s most iconic areas, all while enjoying one of the most magical moments of the day.
In addition, visitors who wish to do so may enter the grounds before the tour begins to see the historic 381-mm Vickers Cannon, one of La Mola’s main attractions. We recommend setting aside about an hour for this tour before the activity begins.
